WORKDAYS: WHERE TIME TURNS INTO TANGIBLE IMPACT

One of the most rewarding parts of volunteering for LRRETA Workdays is knowing that your time directly benefits our trails in countless ways. When we record volunteer hours, those hours help unlock valuable grant funding for trail maintenance and improvement.

For example, on October 5, 2025 LRRETA volunteers logged 34.5 hours of demanding work. At an estimated value of $21 per hour, that effort translates into $725 in grant dollars unlocked for our trails!

Every shovel of dirt, every trimmed branch, every hour you give, it all adds up. Each volunteer’s contribution strengthens our ability to maintain and improve the routes walkers, riders, cyclists, and nature lovers alike all enjoy.

So, when you show up for a Workday, know that your time is not only keeping our trails beautiful, but also helping fund their future.
